Hey there, I’m Jennifer — a Grief Facilitator and Coach. I’ve walked alongside people through grief, loss, and life’s messy curveballs, and I get it: life can feel unfair, overwhelming, and downright cruel sometimes. I’m here to offer a safe, compassionate, and judgment-free space where you can be fully seen, heard, and supported — and yes, sometimes that includes dropping a little truth or a well-timed curse when it fits.

My approach is holistic and client-centered. I meet you where you are, honor your unique experience, and recognize that you are not broken — the real expertise is with the griever. Whether you’re navigating a specific loss, dealing with everyday challenges, or just need clarity, I’m here to listen, guide, and walk with you. Life is messy, emotions are complicated, and the world doesn’t always know how to handle grief — that’s okay. We’ll make sense of it together, in a way that feels authentic to you.
