    A life coach is a professional who helps individuals gain clarity on their goals and aspirations. They work with individuals to identify obstacles and create a plan to achieve their goals.

    A life coach creates a partnership with you, which means YOU have a partner to keep you accountable for your action or inaction. People often experience more self-awareness, improve communication, build stronger relationships, reduce stress and depression, and overcome obstacles. 

    Coaching and therapy have distinct purposes. Therapy deals with past issues, while coaching focuses on present circumstances and helps plan future moves. As your coach, I help identify your goals and create strategies to achieve them.

    Coaching differs from consulting. Consultants are typically brought in for their expertise in identifying issues and offering solutions. I will not provide solutions, instead, I will ask challenging questions that will motivate you to take action toward achieving the life you desire.

    Coaching is not mentoring. While mentors offer advice and guidance, ultimately, you are in control of your life and your aspirations. My role is to assist you in identifying and overcoming any obstacles hindering your progress, helping you focus and refine your goals.

    Coaching is not easy, YOU have to be willing to put in the work for the outcome you desire.

    Coaching will take place in an online format via Google Meet. These sessions are typically 30 minutes to an hour. A 3-month program is typically recommended.
